In 2020-2021, Transform Mid-Atlantic (formerly Campus Compact Mid-Atlantic), Partners for Campus-Community Engagement (formerly Campus Compact of PA & NY), Engage New Jersey (formerly New Jersey Campus Compact), and the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) partnered to host an engaging series of Guided Conversations aimed to leverage an institutionโs community and civic engagement initiatives. By gaining a robust understanding of these initiatives, institutions can better link faculty, staff, and student activities to the accreditation expectations of MSCHE.
Over 500 individuals from institutions throughout the region and around the world participated in this series, of which notes and recordings are available below. The series included a pre-recorded session on Foundational Aspects of MSCHE: Accreditation Processes, Requirements of Affiliation, and Standards for Accreditation and five, one-hour guided conversations via Zoom.
