Karen Fishburn is the Database Management and Membership Information Coordinator. She holds a B.A. in Asian Studies from Gettysburg College. Karen serves as the technical expert and administrator for our CRM (database) system, managing user creation, training, core functionality, and reporting. She collaborates with staff to align CRM functionalities with institutional goals and identifies areas for system enhancements.

Karen has worked with nonprofit organizations for over 30 years assisting them with the development, training, and use/benefits of their respective CRM and donor management systems. Karen is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the community - specifically working with underserved populations, food insecurity, and literacy/reading issues. She is an avid reader, gardener (collector of seeds), painter of tiny masterpieces, enjoys cycling with friends along the C&O Canal and curating books for her Little Free Library.
