"Character and servant leadership stand out in Ms. Craddock - it is evident when you first meet her that she truly has a personality that is geared to helping others, and this remains evident with each ensuing interaction. She is quiet but energetic and has a heart for the work that she is doing. Not because it looks good on a resume, but because it is for the common good of her peers and her community."
