"Outside of her academic life, Ivy is an active member of our local community. She has volunteered at a nursing home, visiting patients and providing companionship, as well as at a humane society, assisting with the care of animals. Her passion for environmental conservation...has led her to engage in activities such as trash cleanup and tree planting. These experiences reflect Ivy's dedication to creating a positive and sustainable environment, both locally and globally."
