"I believe Michael would be an excellent candidate [for the TMACF Program] because of his exceptional character and commitment. In his first year at the College of Southern Maryland, he has successfully taken on multiple roles, including student, student worker, and peer mentor, excelling in each of them...Beyond academics, he actively participates in extracurricular activities and community engagement."
