Community Engagement and Resource Mobilization: A Positive Progress Report

As we reflect on our recent efforts, we are pleased to share the progress that has been made in member development and community engagement. Throughout the reporting period, our partners have dedicated significant hours to enhancing our VISTA member skills and capabilities, focusing on areas such as community outreach, volunteer management, and organizational development.

The commitment to community engagement is evident in the numbers:  our partners successfully recruited and managed over 1000 community volunteers, who collectively contributed thousands of service hours. This demonstrates the depth of our community involvement and our impact in the Mid-Atlantic region.

TMA partners effectively mobilized both cash and in-kind resources, totaling over $195,000 in value. This highlights our capacity to maximize impact despite financial constraints, ensuring that we can continue to serve our community effectively.

The efforts in AmeriCorps VISTA member development, community engagement, and resource mobilization have yielded positive results. We're proud of the progress we've made and remain committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
